Biography:

Pete Bursi is the Library Coordinator at the Walker Campus Library.  He received his Master’s Degree in Library Science from The State University of New York at Albany, founded by Melvil Dewey, who was famous for creating the Dewey Decimal Classification system. Pete’s favorite thing about being a librarian is teaching students how to use library resources for research. He is an avid New York Yankees fan and his favorite book is Ladies and Gentlemen, the Bronx is Burning: 1977, Baseball, Politics, and the Battle for the Soul of a City by Jonathan Mahler. Pete is also a fan of hockey and Montreal is his favorite travel destination.
